68 and 71 wirimg harnes

Is a under hood harnes from a 68 Barracuda and a 71 Scamp going to be the same. I am droping a 360 in my Barracuda that had a /6. But I found a Scamp a yard that has a nice small block harnes in it.  Dave

No, it won't be the same, but I'd have to look at the diagrams to see the difference beyond the dual field alternator. You can use the /6 harness with a small block or big block. It's just some of the wires are extra long when used with a small block.

I was just thinking about a plug and play thing. Also for the fact it has the better voltage regulater already.  May just grab it and see how far off it is. The dual field alternator hadn't crossed my mind.
