440 dizzy in 400?
« on: October 27, 2006, 04:51:03 PM »

How hard is it to modify a 440 distributor to fit into a 400 low deck?  Has anyone done it?  I do have access to a machine shop, but I'm not sure if just shortening the shaft is all it needs.
thank you

Excellent!  I am going to try out the Pro-comp billet distributor.  I've had great results on my '81 Z28 with their dizzy.  I'm selling that car to fund my Demon resto... bbd sign
