I haven't driven it yet, but it looks like it'll work good and it's out of the way. This wouldn't work as good on an aftermarket intake that's taller, though.

Yes, Jeff was in the car and all seems good. I bought the carb used and there were a few parts missing. I'll probably just wire the choke open. It starts fine without it.

I also have lots of spare carb parts. The AVS I had for that engine has some internal problems that need to be addressed, but this carb seems to run pretty good. Since the car is for sale I'm not going to worry too much about it.
