those of you with shaved bumper bolts and shaved front liscense plate holders....how did you do it...i understand welding them on...but if i weld them on do most chrome shops "finish" them by ensuring its flat and nice and smooth?

you will have to grind it smooth.unless they do custom work,most chromers will require the metalwork be done.
