I'll give it a shot, from bottom to top

WM21= Coronet Super Bee 2-Door Sedan (post car)
62= 383 4 Barrel Carb
5= 3 speed automatic
44= should equal tire code, but don't know for sure or what it is
522= SON (shipping order number)= May 22 =production date
2888106= Production Sequence

The UCS code can be a pain to decode:
U=upper door frame R =Burgundy Metallic
S= Stripe= accent stripes = 7=? not sure

The numbers under 12345678
are the drip, b-piller and wheel opening mouldings (has chrome)

Axle code ?

Trim= Red Interior

Paint= Burgundy Metallic (color of the car top and body=double RR)

Only on the broadcast sheet.  So if you can find that, it will tell you everything the car came with.  Ma mopar sold a lot of no thrills (no power options) cars back in the day.   The automatic trans might be the only option on the whole car, only the broadcast sheet knows for sure.   Helps if you know the history of the car if you don't have the broadcast sheet, things like if it was a drag car, guys take off the pb and ps.
