Caliper question

I have 73 Duster calipers and they came with these weird hold down clamps. 1 big one and one small one . I never have known the correct way to use these. Can someone tell me if i have these installed the right way up ? SEE PIC .    Tongue

Big one is right the small one is wrong. As said do a flip. New calipers with clips at Orielly's are $14.99
