brake decisions
« on: January 22, 2006, 08:18:14 PM »

Im thinking about going up to the bigger 12" brakes from the 11" on the car now. Do you think the stopping power would be THAT much better with it? I have the 15" cop wheels on the car now (74 dart), so it will fit. whats the opinions on this swap?

Also, what if anything can/should i do on the rear? its 10" drums on the 7 1/4 rear.

Car stops adequatly now, just wondering if i can make it better without spending a fortune.

Under normal driving conditions I don't think you'll notice a difference.
