headlights mounting with fiberglass fenders
« on: December 28, 2006, 01:36:53 PM »

I will be putting the headlights in my car this winter and would like input on how to mount these to the fiberglass fenders. I have seen the new headlight adjustment hardware available for my 67' Barracuda, but is this necessary for my install? It seems everybody has a A body Barracuda now-a-days, surely someone here  has done this and can help me out.

I used the metal buckets trimmed from the junk fenders, then just hung the glass fender over the buckets.   One cool thing about that is you can remove the fender without taking everything off the front end of the car, you only have to unscrew the headlight trim.
