I remember reading somewhere that you could tell your air fuel ratio with a digital volt meter hooked to a ox sensor. Anyone have any info on this?

Here is what came with my AF gauge. It shows the voltage range of
an O2 sensor. I think the problem is, it changes so fast that a digital volt meter would be almost unreadable.
Possibly an analog cheap type meter might work.
