Brake swap?

I've got a 64 Savoy and would like to do some disc brakes on it and as a donor car i have a complete 77 Le Baron with disc on it. Can this swap be done and if so is there an article in some mag. that will show and describe the specifics? Will i need any other parts and will i need all the components from the 77. I've done the A body swap and use the upper contol arm and not the lower. Is this the same. The 64 has a front sway bar which came with the police package. Don't know if the 77 has one or not. Is this a bolt up or will it take some fabrication?
