hey guys,i need some help to decide what k-member i have in my 72 dart , slant 6 or v8 ? original it's a / 6 car,i bought the dodge with a 318.... who can help me out? i have some pic's:     thanks, alfred

Looks like a mighty six to me . If it were a small block , the passenger side horn would be much closer to center & about in line with the idler arm .

i have to be sure,because i have to order a pair off engine mount for the /6 -318 conversion....

they are all the same if anything sometimes on the 360 you have to grind a slight notch on the driver side...but 318..340...basically the same block...

The 273/318 driver side mount is 3/8" wider - otherwise they're the same. So if you use a 318 mount and put a couple washers on the rear hole, it'll fit fine. But if you put a 360 mount on a 318, you have to grind the ear narrower.
