Yea, I have them - $60/set of 4. You need to reuse the little metal endcaps from your stock bushings. Quite a pain in the ass, but I guess it's a worthwhile solution for a little cash and aggravation.
When I tested them on some parts here, I gained about 1.5 degrees of caster while holding the same camber number.
