My head hurts....

Good lord man, the party/riot last night was freaking CRAZY. There was a solid 10-15 blocks worth of streets FILLED with people. Car horns and fireworks went off throughout the entire city, a few trees were taken down (the one I saw was about a 6" thick trunk, too). People climbing up light posts to get on the roofs of business where they stripped down to their underwear and danced around. A few people climbed on top of the traffic lights. One burning couch, 5 or 6 burning Christmas trees, and MASSIVE amounts of alcohol consumed.

This same team that watched the media practically give the trophy to OSU just absolutely dominated them. OSU only had 82 yards of total offense, UF had 370.

We didn't just beat them, we embarassed them.

Even with the Championship firmly in our grasp now, I still really wish there could've been a playoff. Take the top 8 BCS teams, it would've been:

Ohio State vs Boise State
Florida vs Wisconsin
Michigan vs Louisville
LSU vs USC

No matter who came out of that one, there wouldn't of been any question at all.

That being said, my final rankings for the season are:

1. Florida
2. Boise State
3. LSU
4. OSU
5. USC

the Boise St. game was incredible.....that team was very well coached and extrememely prepared. they desereved a shot......the bowl series is seriously flawed.

I wonder who feels worse, the OSU players and coaches, or the OSU fans who paid a couple THOUSAND dollars to get tickets?  If you guy's think Phoenix and Glendale are cool places to play football, you ought to see all of the fun folks have with their cars here all year long!  The Super Bowl will be here in 2008 also.
