ULTRA-RARE!! Just ask the seller.
Actually, that doesn't look like too bad a car for someone who likes the body style. '63 Dodge 880 Convert, fitted with a 383,and the body doesn't look too bad, (for what you can see in the pics). Sure, a bit on the high side (price-wise), but still could be a good builder.

I still haven't seen the 440 Hemi people tell me about all the time. Never heard of the 383 Hemi until now. I think you guys missed the CUSTOM part of 383 Hemi.  One time I had a person swear up and down they have a v 16 Marine Hemi.  I give up on those people. Try asking them where they buy parts for one of those. I have at the car shows. "I had a Road Runner just like yours. Same color and everything. Except I had the 440 hemi". I politely say, cool.  Tom |

That could be a cool car, but the way it sits it's worth about $2,500 tops, not $23,000. He needs to move a decimal point.

I agree with the $2,300. That's what I paid for my Dart 6 months ago, except mine has a straighter body and less rust. I'm not quite sure if my 318 is a HEMI, though... |

wow thanks guys now i know that my 64 barracuda is worth a million and that old 383 block must be worth 5000.00 or so its good to see ignorance and mopars go up in price  sorry i had to use the new cheerleader |

I got a reply from the owner of that car. He said it was a Hemi years ago and now realizes it's a wedge. The old magic Hemi to wedge trick. The 383 Hemi from the 65 ss car was actually a 426 destroked to run in another class. |
