I am questing for a rear sway bar for my '74 Duster, I am going to be running a 440 and a 8-3/4... yadda yadda yadda... I am going to plan on running it mostly on the street and driving it to work (lots of curvy black top back roads ) so I want a good reliable set up (sway bar setup)... What sway bar are you running in the rear? What Diameter? Is the FirmFeel aar type bar worth the money? Should I just get a Hel-wig, Addco, PST or another brand? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Alan has Quickor bars front and rear. They work good.

Where can I find more info on the Quickor bars? I searched for them and really couldn't find that much. Thanks!

I assume you haven't relocated your rear springs. In that case I have used PST bars on 4 of my cars. they come with all the hardware and brackets needed but looks like they are up to $170. As for my Dart, well nevermind.

I have completly rebuilt the suspension with Poly bushings, welded the K-frame, re-enforced the lower control arms, swapped to bigger torsion bars. On the rear I have built up an 8-3/4, its sitting on 5 Leaf XHD springs (I believe they are 3" over arched - Cant remember right now). I have not relocated the rear spings, although I have considered it but decided not too.

Last I heard they were no longer in business.

That would make sense. I tried multiple searches with different engines about 6 months ago, and had no luck, except for outdated articles on Quickor bars for Crown Victoria sedans.
