Radio restoration
« on: January 31, 2007, 04:18:15 PM »

I finally just got the factory radio for my '64 Dart, and it definitely doesn't look too hot. I don't care if it works, as long as I can get the light to come on. But the plastic bezel has lost all of its chrome. Does someone restore them, or is there a chrome paint I might want to try?

There are places that rechrome plastic. It might make the rest of your dash look bad to do only one piece, though. I'll let others recommend or not recommend any vendors as I've never used any of them.

Mr G's is pricey on plastic rechroming, but does good work.
