headliner after rollbar install

 Frustrated Frustrated Frustrated how hard is it to put the "70-72" duster headliner in my 74 duster? i already have the metal sail panels ect..need to know how many bows ,where the bows go and how to put them in .pics would be nice thanks

I have never done a headliner before but.....70-72..is that the same as the 74's???

i think 73 up have cardboard headliner older ones have vinyl or cloth Dunno Dunno

are you saying you need to get the bows or do you have them? along the top of the side windows frame(roof) there are several holes. there will be one for each bow on each side, one for each seam in the headliner. at the back window there are two hooks that attach to the top of the back window frame and holds the first bow you intall so you can pull the headliner forward to get each bow in. you tuck the front and sides in that order. all the wrinkers will eventually came out.

72 up have the cardboard ones, the bows are for 70 and 71 only

thanks guys, i will have to get bundled up and go check it out. bob, no i dont have the bows yet.how many bows do the duster have . stil having a problem picturing how it comes out by the 70-72 metal sail panels .

that part can be glued (contact cement) on or not, it doesn't matter. then the sail panel screws onto the nylon fitting that's in the "c" pillar.

Our 72 Dart Swinger has the factory original one piece cardboard headliner also.
