A New Journey Begins.....
|
The eastwood kits work good, not sure what kind of wheel that is, or what finish is on it, prolly a painted plastic wheel though, just open the cracks with a file to get to a new surface, Oils and cleaners will have built up in those cracks and if you don't get that out the epoxy filler will never stick, also it's better to fill cracks in layers rather than in one big gob, it holds better. They sell a paint in hobby shops, it's called Tamai...It can be brushed on and all the brushmarks will flow out of it, it's good for other things too, but I'm not sure what kind of wheel your doing so it might be able to be sprayed with automotive paints also, then cleared to seal it....Hope this helps you out...
