1967 dart gt door panels
« on: February 20, 2007, 12:57:11 AM »

how do you get the dart gt emblems back on the door panels when you buy new door panels. we had to puul the embles off of the old panels and it looks like the emblems are peened over with a washer on them to help hold them on. need to reattach to the new door panels.

I haven't had to put emblems back on door panels, but I would imagine that they need to be glued on since the studs would no longer be long enough to pound over.

When I get to interior,... I'm gonna check with an Apholsterer for mine 'cause I wanna reuse 'em too.

speed nuts are differnt. these are almost flat and have little fingers that grip the stud when pushed on. they are destroyed when taken off
