Starting a new car after many years of not having a toy What fixes are used to get a larger wheel bolt pattern up front( 72 Duster) other that redrilling

Most of us use the disc set up off a '73 to '76 A body.

question, would i be able to use a master cylinder off a 73 dart sport with disc brakes(non power) on my demon with the same disc brake set up?!

it should work right? $\/][$
