Some weekend progress...
« on: February 26, 2007, 06:20:47 PM »

Got to do somemore work to the Scamp this weekend.  Got the Washer fluid tank figured out and mounted.  Figured out where I am going to mount the pump.  Got the last piece of floor made and tacked in.  Doesn't look like much but making stuff takes time.. lol

Thanks guys.

I'm using a TKo 600.  Which reminds me I have to set-up an appointment to MMR to have them play with it...

It's for washer fluid.  Thats the pump in behind the tank, supposed to be good for over 200psi.  I want to run pump gas, and I want around 900hp, so I am going to try out the water/methanol spray thing.

Hmmm,... I may just hafta cut mine out and turn them 90deg. The way you have them hung leads me to believe you'll be able to jack the car from the center unlike the tech pages write up \/][,... hmmm...

Where did you get that tank?Huh  Also what size is it...  We would like to have one that that looks like that and fits just like the one you used..but dont want to use an electric fuel pump and still feed from the outside..

I may have asked about the wrong tank...I was wondering about the fuel cell that now sits where the spare tire use to??

Oh sorry.  Thats a 15gallon w/ chrysler sending unit and foam.  I got it at a swap meet from a small company that makes them in Ct.  Can't remember the name of the company, but it was around 200.
