Hey All, Looking for some help on wire gauge. I put my battery box in the trunk of my '69 dart, it is a street car that will see some strip time. I'm putting a battery disconnect switch w/alt in the rear bumper, the two main battery feeds are 0 gauge. What gauge should the smaller lugs have on them? (one goes to the battery & the other to the alternator) ?? I was thinking 6 or 8 gauge. What are you guys using? Thanks for the help.

About your disconnect switch in your bumper I put a push/pull rod on my switch and then I disconnected the rod for street use and put a plug in the hole. That way you can hook it up for Strip use. It would be a Bummer to have some "Smart Ass" run out and Shut you Down at a Stop Light
