The Pinke Situation
« on: March 15, 2007, 09:59:40 AM »

Some of the things you guys are saying about Pinke leaving is crazy. If she decided to leave because of a "tiff" with PettyBlue72 thats between them. Kicking PettyBlue off the site because Pinke got upset at something she may have said is like kicking Urchinhead off because he feels the way he does about the war in Iraq, thats just insane!(not picking on you Urchinhead, just useing our topic as an example) I noticed that PettyBlue72 post was deleted. Why?  What did PettyBlue do that was so wrong? I KNOW we (the Guys) have said and done some boarderline things....lets not start throwing stones. I liked Sue, but from what I seen and heard, It was SUE's choice to leave. If we are going to start kicking people off the site because they pissed someone off, than maybe every swinging piston in here should delete themselves! Grow up people, this isnt a frigging soap opera!

i deleted the tread because i think they both probably said things that they really didn't mean..  plus the thread really ran its course and wasn't realy going anywhere good. so to me it was better to get rid of it then have it sit there to piss eiother of them off.....

At some time or another, most boards have a few 'episodes' !

My 3 cents, I don't know what was said ! but it's only a web site and many of us have different personalities that some time clash. Just like most families we may get hot at each other and go take a ride (  bbd sign ) , then come back  and work thru it. We are not to try this on each other   motorinstall        .  It is much better for us to act like we have some sense and try to respect each other!     DAD

Okay...normally I wouldn't say shit on a topic like this, but give me break.  I don't contribute much to the tech side of this board either, but I enjoy coming around and readiing the silliness on the O/T forum.  I find it way cool that girls like Sue, Andrea, and Jen are here...I wish I had a woman that was interested as much in my cars as she was in me.  So what if they aren't here for technical gibberish 90% of the time.  How many women do you know that own a Pink Challenger, a '72 Challenger, and a bad-ass dart...and are proud to come on here and show them off?  Everyone is welcome here...even the pot stirrers.  Some times the pot needs stirring to avoid burning your meal.  Give it a break already.  Glad to see you sticking around Sue.  Glad to see Jen back incognito.  Lastly, glad to see you sweeping this under the carpet, Andrea, and moving on.  Carry on, and peace out.

BTW -- Thanks for calling me a Nazi for being a Moparts Mod.  Moparts is definitely a different set of rules, but we don't "CHOOSE" who stays and who goes.  If a member can't play by the rules and repeatedly wants to cause havoc, then they are removed.  It's not like we pick and choose members.  With 12,000+ members I think it's obvious.  Only the true a-holes get the boot.

Later -- Mike

agree I really haven't read to many post by any of these lady's, but it's cool they get into cars and show them off.  I love my wife to death, but I wish that she was into mopars more.  Maybe she would be if I could get(afford) her one that she liked.  Like a Little Red Express.

I hve been on forums since 1996 when they were mailing lists, I have seen a lot of stupid incidents, and I may have caused a few myself!  \/][

When two people have an argument, then that is between them, if one of them leaves, then the problem is solved. I liked PinkE, but she left with no forwarding information, so PROBLEM SOLVED! Welcome to the site pettyblue! BTW, have I mentioned in past few minutes how much I like you avitar? Something about ADULT women in schoolgirl outfits that makes me stupid!  hammer
