I think most of us with family/kids know where she is coming from. It's a lot of work and I know we all think back and remember the good ol' days of single lifestyles and freedom to sleep or play whenever we wanted. Lighten up a bit on her. Your right about kids, they are our future. It's just hard to recognize that I'm an adult, real life sneaks up fast.

SLEEP? what's THAT u think once baby's start sleeping threw the night yer good to go.....my kids go up at 7....don't always fall asleep at 7....my daughter is up at 6am.....right into my son's room.....then they BOTH head to our room.....i'd give anything for a good nights sleep. Not to mention my daughter gets up 2-3 times sometimes more during the night......just for me to put her back to bed........sigh....it's very TOUGH i'm a stay at home mom......thought it would be easy......boy was i WRONG. it's the hardest job in the world!!! u come very close to walking out that door.....and saying F*&^# IT. IMO baby's are EASY......after that.......the work starts. I can't remember the last time i went to dinner w/my husband....ALONE.......anyways i'm rambling. Sorry

As this thread seems to be off the wall anyway I was just wondering, as a newer member and not really knowing anyone, I have only seen like 4 women posting on this sight, out of the 4 women two or 50% post with "E" bodies as there favorite car, one has a Dart and the other well, there is nothing showing in her posts. Do the women prefer "E" bodies?

I prefer Mopars, wouldn't even consider dating a chebby dude or a ford lover......I like my E-body, but I love the 68 and 9 darts, I love cudas, all years, and my favorites are the old Maxwedge cars (Hear that Randy?... ...) and yeah, 68 chargers too....All Road runners...Any engine 340 and up...Specially Hemi's, and 440's.... ...I like all the party colors from the Muscle car era too.... ...My car is my kid, never had any real ones...(long story)....That's why every now and then I take my car out and spank it... ...Just for fun....

but it sux having your freedom taken.....if u know what i mean. Enjoy the single life the single life rules. 21 years old no girlfriend just a couple of close female friends and we take care of each other. Out at the bar and wherever we may be we watch over each other and it usually leads to some interesting nights amongst ourselves

Never get a night out with the husband? That's what Grandparents and babysitters are for. My wife and I have been married 16 years now and would gone crazy or divorced without help from other people. Sometimes you just need to get away from the kids, no matter how much you love them. Here is a pict from last month when we dumped them and went to MATS for 4 days! Notice how we are smiling? Good times!

I used to get girls, recommended but colleges, to baby sit. Only for an hour at a time first. The first time I left the kids, I called home about 5 times and was only gone an hour! I was a nervous wreck. Eventually it gets easier when you find the one that fits. You need to get out with the hubbie or the marriage gets really bland. I used to hit all of the free library story times and there were helpers there, teenagers, especially when school was out. They usually worked out ok. There used to be a grandmother service at the big senior building on Chapel Ave. in Cherry Hill, where the women volunteer to be adoptive grandparents. They love being hired for such things, but you have to pick them up and drop them off. Late nights are out of the question for a while in that situation. Check out with the senior services and in the county they have professional daycare providers. They have background screens and have worked out well for me. I have no family what so ever, so it was really tough. Luckily the boys are teenagers now and with a good strong background, so they fend for themselves pretty well. My divorce happened for other reasons. Nothing to do with time spent together. Good luck.
