/6 Torsion bars

Can anybody tell me if its worth changing .870 t-bars in a small block A body to the .830 /6 bars? Allready put 90/10's on the front. Just want to know if its worth the trouble finding a set and changing them out.

The Direct Connection " Bible" says yes for a race application. Really loosens up the front end. They also say to use a 0/0 front shock.   Deffinitely old tech (60's) 90/10' probably a better choice , again. race only.

race only- hell yes
50/50- keep what you have
90% street- no way, swap in some bigger ones

Yes, they will make a difference. I ran them on my 66 dart I used to race and they made a big difference in the front end lift.
