« on: April 27, 2007, 02:56:45 PM »

ok i have a 12:1 388 cid going into a 75 dart sport with 488 gears ,slicks , 9 inch converter with a 250 shot . im basicaly building this car out of stuff sitting around my shop .. i have slappers on my 440 d100 or  a pinion snubber to help a little with traction ... which would be better for my car Huh

i also have adjustible coil overs ,air shocks or three way adjustible comp engineering shocks to use but i dont know what ones  ...the car will be drivin on the street and strip ... oya it might get a transbrake .. dont know yet tho cuz the last one i had i ended up in the hospital ..

What rear springs? I would think that the pinon snuber woud do the trick.

I would use the snubber only.  But if the tractionis not great, don't blame the snubber.  The leafs on the 318 Sport are not competition quality.  When you have the money, upgrade to the Superstock leafs 002/003 and watch the ET's drop.   Grin
