Mancinini sub frame connectors

does anyone know if floor pans need to be cut to install frame connectors from Mancinni in 70 dart swinger 2dr

You do not need to cut into the floor for those. The only cut you may need to make would be on the driver side torsion bar crossmember area near the hole for the ebrake cable on the surface that faces the rear of the car. On some Darts there is a bump that needs to be split and hammered flat so the front plate of the frame connector can sit flush. I don't think this will apply to a 70.
