wheel pattern

hey people,what is the wheel pattern on my 72 dart,is it 5x4?

some people say it is 5 x4.5 Huh

a 72 should still have a 5 on 4 bolt pattern. unless someone changed it along the way..

make sure you measure the "circle" and not stud to stud.   If you go stud to stud, the 4.5" pattern will measure 4.25.

see how they went to the back of the hole....you pick up the 1/4 you lost by measureing the back side of the stud.  It only works for 1/2 studs though..  the circle is the circle that the studs line up on.  same difference....

when measuring on a 5 lug as they have said, you go center stud, to other side of stud across,

5 studs are the only way you do this, 4, 6 and 8 you measure center to center

i got the wheels now and they have to be sandblasted and repainted.

now i want to know what the right color of the wheels is,so i need your help one more time.

Check out Eastwood Co. they have the Argent gray paint that's correct for the ralley wheels.

 You can order Argent Wheel Paint from your Dodge dealer, P4529876. It sprays on really light, so be very careful about the undercoat you use.
