It's cool to hang out with my friends for once. I mean, I've been having a ton of fun with them but then I come home and I'm all alone. I haven't been able to sleep...bleh!

give it time..  it will get better i promise...  you just miss the idea of him there..  it was more habbit...    you will be better off in the long run. even if soemwhere down the line you get back together again.

im about your age so i know how the whole current dating scene is. i also broke up with my ex end of this past year (christmas eve to be exact) the first part of the relationship i had never been happier, but the last part could of been the longest few months of my life. it was horrible, i lost sleep, worried etc. she just changed it seems overnight, when i asked her what was wrong, she wouldnt talk to me for a month, so i finally told her enough is enough and broke it off.  right now i am pretty happy that i dont have to deal with that. so being single is nice, dont worry, your a car girl you will find someone, just do not rush it.

Love is merely geography misconstrued.  Think about this;  you live on the East Coast and you meet the man of your dreams....things don't work out for one reason or another and you move to the West Coast.  Chances are you will meet the man of your dreams out there too.  There is no such thing as "the only person for me".  It's a matter of geography.    I grew up in a town of 8K people and married twice from the population.  What do you think would have happened if I, say, moved away when I was only 21, to another State.  Would I have had an opportunity to meet the "other" girl of my dreams.... bet your ass I would !   Good luck in finding the love of your life,  Dan

Years ago, when my ex announced she'd be moving out, I asked "Can you do it on my birthday?"
