I bought an off brand one from the Mac tool guy (Air Nesco) for about $80. It works great, one side flanges, the other side punches 1/4" holes.

It's been forever since I posted because it's been forever since I worked on the Duster. Yesterday was my Birthday and my wife got me a dash insert from Redline Gauge Works. I also used some cash I got from Family to buy these gauges I’ve had my eye on at work. I still have to get and install the turn signal and hi-beam indicators but I think it turned out pretty good. I also bought this hood for 50 bucks today, it’s in real good shape. No dents or rot, just some surface rust.

Thanks! The fuel gauge is lined up exactly above the column and the speedo and tach are spaced evenly on either side. I just finished rebuilding the column and I'll mock it into position in a day or two and post a pic of what it looks like.
