Driveshaft and Ebrake cables
« on: May 29, 2007, 09:17:37 PM »

I switch to a later 318/904/8.25 combo for the 64 Valiant.  we put up the driveshaft to get a measurement with the rear unloaded (its on the lift).  I came up with a C to C
48.25 inches.  Anyone else have a similar number?

also...with the driveshaft in position, there is no way the OEM cable bracket (on the drivers floor pan)  will work.  It seems to clear the driveshaft fine if just bypassing that bracket.  Anyone else do this?   Is that going to cause me to have exhaust  / cable interferences?
