I have used Lizard Skin on the pans and really like the results. It greatly helps with sound deadening and keeps the interior considerably cooler.

lizard skin looks like good stuff but .... it says that it's only good to 149 degrees
I know it sounds weird to folk back east but that's not hard on the blacktop of our streets (try riding my kz1300 in the summer)
Anyone out in the hell we call Phoenix use this stuff?

I 've used "ProForm" Paintable Rubber Undercoat on my floors. I like it !!! You spray it on with a special gun [ Very Cheap ] that fits in a quart can.

I have not used Line-X yet bt my truck is Rhino lined & I did the inside of my Wrangler with Herculiner. My buddy has his car (74 Challenger) in a restoration shop that is goint to Rhino inside the passenger compartment & trunk. And also spray the underside as undercoating would have been applied. Should be very good for rust prevention and will offer another layer in Heat/Noise reduction.
