dont know if a 64 valiant is different but most abody just run from the mount near the frame, strait to the caliper

these are front mount 1973 calipers. with the block thats attached to the hose it exits out the back of the caliper. so it naturaly points backwards so i assume it runs between the arms, but it doesnt seem to be safe to me.

73 and up have the calipers to the front as stock. The hose runs between the arms, just under the upper ball joint. On my 72 Scamp, I swapped spindles and ran them to the back side. If you add an aftermarket sway bar...you're going to need the extra room in front of the spindles. On my 64 Valiant, we installed the A spindles and disk brakes with the calipers to the back side. Again, we're running an Addco sway bar and need the extra room. Either way, the hose part number is the same. For a front mount, see the pict attaced. For the rear mount, the line block gets flipped upside, down, then the hose makes a small loop and goes up into the hose bracket. Both work fine. Attached is our 72 Scamp, mounted identical to our 64. I 'll take more 64 picts on Friday. Good luck. Mike

yep, under the uca by the balljoint for front mount calipers. if you are planning on a swaybar, you need to put the calipers to the rear to avoid hitting it. i ended up using 78 aspen hoses and cut off the bracket that comes on them. they are longer and needed them for mine that mounted to the rear. you would think that a shorter hose would work with them to the rear, but it didnt work.

I'm sorry.......but is that YOUR disgustang parked next to my cuda? The law requires at least 2 parking spaces between mustangs and cudas.
