There is a front hight setting for the bars. A front end shop should set the ride hight when they do the allignment.

in basic terms, look at the bolt sticking strait down out of the lower control arm and turn it

Did you put a heavier engine in it? you can turn the adjuster screws and get the height you need but it will still be mushy in the front. I put a 383 into my Dart with the original /6 torsion bars and it sat fine after I adjusted it but I smashed my oilpan off the ground on a whoopdeedoo.
Oh, If you're gonna try adjusting the screws take the weight off them first. I put a jack under the K frame and leveled the car first, then counted the number of turns I made on each screw. It still wasn't perrfect, just takes a little screwing around

you can adjust them with the bolt a couple inches maybe, but if you have swaped in a bb then you will want some bigger bars

Lowering blocks in the back is the preferred method of leveling the ride height.

I agree. I put a 383 in my Dart (formerly a 273 V8). The new, upgraded torsion bars I used were the .920 type. Once installed, we turned the adjusting bolt at the Torsion Bars from 'Totally Slack' to 11 full-turns tension. Ride height/ body attitude is perfect for our street use. It does not bottom out. Not even when navigating speed bumps at the mall parking lots... We have Monroe Gas shocks up front, Air shocks at the rear..

i have .990 bars right now but still have the /6 in there, its alittle stiff (how i like it) but its soften up when i put in some more weight,
i like the look of the top of the tires level at the fender lip
