early A body a-pillar covers.

I have had my 66 dart for 17 or 18 years now. I have had a few sets of these covers and they are almost all cracked, chipped or broke. I saw some repro's at a show one day, but they looked thinner than stock and cheap, but were not as cheap as they looked.  I bought a 63 dart gt a few months ago. I was pulling some parts today to take to the Mopar show at Huntsville dragway this weekend. I was amazed to find that the a-illar covers in this 63 were aluminium. Needless to say, they will soon be painted and take up residence in my 66. They are slightly different where they meet the dash, but I can deal with that for the durability.
