PRessure bleed procedure

I read that when using a pressure bleeder with a disk front end, you need to hold open the metering valve.   On my 75 Dart, the propotioning valve has no visible metering valve -  or at least one to hold open.  If so....how?
thx

I have a pressure bleeder here at my shop. You should use 10 psi.  in pressure bleeder. I have never had to play around with the button on the proportioning valve. I usually pressure bleed from the farthest to the closest. Then I go over each wheel once or twice , by having an assistent hold down on the brake pedal while I open and close each bleeder.
