v8 kframe or 6cyl krame ?

can anybody tell me if i have a 6 or 8 cyl kframe how can i tell ? im looking into a newport with a 440 thinking of making a swap my 72 dart has a 360 now is this thing gonna fit ? or do i have to get another k frame ?
