Only one of the four corners are geeting fluid. I see that thier is a hex shaped thing on the end of the proportioning valve. Is this an adjustment?

i don't really know but i doubt it is. if your not getting fluid to one of the wheels i'd suspect something is wrong in the steel line or flex hose maybe even a wheel cylinder or the bleeder may be clogged.

I have never seen or heard of the prop valve having any adjustment, if it is a stock unit.

no, stock one isnt adjustable, and if it was it would only be front to back
