bill, i just my new arms in place. the right side fit fine. on the left side , i installed the thick spacer in the front, small one to the rear. on the back side of the arm, i had to put the short spacer in the front and the thick one to the rear. is this ok?? thanks.

Well, it is ok, everything will work and adjust fine that way, but I'd tweak things a bit to make them the same. The exact distance is 7.5" center to center on the a-arm tubes, which work out to the perfect width with the stock mounts, however some mounts are bent a little just due to tightening the stock bushings over their lifetime.
I like to make everything even or I get mental, but it will work like it is....

ok, i am going to look and measure some more , but the only part that looks likes i could tweak is the a arm itself..but i will measure again, and see what i come up with.. thanks

You could tweak the arm if it's the easier of the two. You could bend it into a pretzel and not hurt it, so it's no big deal structurally. Although if it's that much of a problem, you might want to just leave the spacers as they are and run it. Alignment is a piece of cake with the adjustable ends, so there's no point in beating yourself up if you don't have to....
