Beautiful car! Is that a steel hood, or fiberglass? Where did you get it? Your car really makes me want to go with that scoop on mine. |

Mo............the hood is glass and I molded the scoop to the hood. Got the hood and scoop from VFN fiberglass. It is a "pin-on" hood and by that you have to use hood pins or like I did........use 14 dzus fasteners. Nice thing about the pin on hoods.......makes for easy working on the motor.

Fish..........those wheels are American Trackstars......they were out for about a year and a half, then all of a sudden , they were disconitnued by American. Back are 15x14 with 33x19.50 Mickeys front are 15x6 with matching Mickey tread design. BTW I'm selling the car too

Well, I built the car and drove it for 7 yrs now, and have had tons of fun and won lots of awards. Now I am building something with more creature comforts...a 1950 Plymouth 2 door wagon with a chopped top.
