Will slant six 904 bolt to a 360?

Just got a '74 Duster with the slant six / A-904 automatic.  If I swap in a rebuilt 360,
will the transmission bolt up, or will I need to find a different one for the V8?

Slant six trans won't work, starter is in the wrong place, and different bellhousing pattern.  You will need to find one from a small block V8.

yes but dont throw it away, you can still use the guts from it, and if you have the converter the stall is alittle higher than a small blocks. I have that in a Mopar Muscle or Action somewhere from the past. Never actually tried it though...

Yep, unfortunately, I don't have a drive shaft at all.  I kept the one from the Maxi-van
that donated the engine/transmission, but it is too big.
