will these tires fit?

i would like to run a 29 x 9.0 x 15 or 28 x 9.0 x15 on my 73 duster. will this work or has anyone done this without the spring relocation kit?

The 28 will fit better especially up front at the bottom of the quarterpanel.  I have 275-60-15 m/t drag radials which are 28 inches tall and they fit good, but I do have the offset hanger package on my duster.  I don't know how those tires compare to mine in overall width.  I have 8.5" wide wheels with 4 1/2"BS.  there's about 5/8" between the tire and the leaf spring.  Hope this helps some.

I have the same size tire on mine.  no offsets.  its VERY close to the spring but they do indeed fit.  29's might fit but it would be uncomfortably close to rubbing the front of the tire well, however, 1/4" wider and they're gonna rub.  73 duster.

the 28 x 9 will fit . i think the 29" would rub at the front/bottom edge of the quarter .
