Try Harwood or VFN. Hairy Glass does not show them but you could call and ask. Hairy did my Omni package and his work top notch!!

Anyone ever try VFN? $100 for their A-body twin scoops. If they are good quality that's a great deal.

Anyone know who manufacturers Year Ones scoops?

I ordered, received, and returned 3 sets of the A-body twin hood scoops from Year-One. Frustrated  Quality was way bad!
I then heard about Mopars By Crane.  I called them and talked with the scoop maker Mike(? IIRC).
I received my scoops with the chrome bezels a few weeks later.
They are great! !nanr  A little pricey ($375 to my door), but worth not having to dink around with it.
Long story short, Mopars By Crane gets 2 thumbs up!! thank you
How long ago did you call and talk to the scoop maker?  I talked to Mopars By Crane at Monster Mopar Weekend Sept. 7,8, and 9th and also called and spoke with them last Tuesday.  I was told the same thing both times just more details over the phone and was told they dont carry them the anymore.  They still own the molds but dont have anyone to make them anymore, the guy making them stopped making them.  They made it sound like they ask for some to be made they were promised they would be made and they were never delivered or they were not delivered in a timely manner and this from what I was gathering happened a few times and they dont even carry them and dont expect to anytime soon.  I think Mopars By Crane are very nice people to deal with and I will buy things from them in the future, just wish it was the dual scoops.

They didn't happen to say whether or not they still have the molds "in their possession" did they?  I wonder if that dude still have their molds?  Some Mopar enthusiast out there, with skills in glasswork should be able to help Crane it, with compensation of course!!.

When I spoke with them on the phone they made it sound like the paid for the molds to be made and that they still had them in their possession.

I had the exact same experience with year one for my e body shaker parts. The fiberglass was wavy and warped but they exchanged the part (carb base plate) and paid for shipping too. The second one was better but only marginally. I figured that it was year one that has quality control issues but.....  I bought a fiberglass hood from u.s. body source and that was pretty sad too, the edges don't line up with my cuda's fenders. Buyer beware!!! (If there was a smiley guy taking it in the can, it would go right here.)

yeah i looked at the harms scoops myself, pretty nice stuff. but they are definatly very proud of them too$$$$$$

You have no idea how hard it is to hand form sheetmetal into those shapes. Those are not scoops, they are artwork.
Like I said "Nice Stuff" and I do know how hard it is to custom fab metal, I also build airboats as a hobby along with vintage cars of my own. Most "artwork" is $$$$$$$ whats the point? No offense inteded to the "Artist".  Roger

Just saw these today on epay, $275 including the bezels seems fair (if they are straight).

Has anybody ordered anything from this company?  I've been seriously considering a set of mirrors but concerned with the quality of their offerings.
