ok so ive been driving my 1964 valiant wagon now for 2 months and im getting tired of having to set the emergency brake every time i park the car, is this normal or is there some thing wrong with my car.

I should have a spare p/brake cable-- email ( 69dartcv@cox.net) I can get you pics & description, L he does'nt need a parking brake cable  he needs the cable from the parking lever on his pushbutton dash (as shown in black and white pic above) to the transmission.

Ive got a set of good pushbutton cables from my 64 Valiant (dash shifter) - I've got both the parking lever and shift. Mike make me an offer, shipping from NJ.
