You never know what sparks a memory. Looking at the post made by Guzzimike I went and was looking at some old pictures of some of my cars from the past. Have had too many cars and don't have any good pictures of the old ones. Used a instant polaroid camera in the 70's and a few years ago I scanned them into the computer to preserve what I could.
Here are a few of my cars
The 67 Barracuda was my 1st car. It was a 273 2 barrel when I bought it, before trading for the Roadrunner it was a 273 HIPO, took the motor from my older sisters Formula S cuda for my car
Trade for the RR, it was a 383 4 speed for the factory but by the time I got it is was a 440 auto
the duster was a slant 6 and 3 on the floor
a few cars between the duster and gold barracuda 70 340 Challenger B5 blue 69 Charger SE big block 74 Carmaro stick 70 Grand Coupe barracuda 383 auto pw ac houndstooth 69 Chrevelle 396 375hp 4 speed 71 Mach 1

some others
77 Aspen my 1st new car ordered it with almost ever option base price on the car was $3500 and list was $6900 T top 360 power windows, ac, auto (wanted stick but couldn't get with CC) behind the aspen in the picture is my 67 Formula S cuda had junk 273 hipo so I put 340 in front of the factory 4 speed. I have heard people talk about the Aspen Volare's being junk cars, but I would like to have mine back. It was a good looking car, drove good and turned heads.
72 Challenger 340 3 speed (changed to hemi 4 speed) bought the 4 speed from a friend out of his 6 pak cuda for $70
71 Cuda Convertible big block auto curoius yellow dumbass for selling bought in 79 for $850.00
Dream Cruise was #1188 of the 7500 built in 02
of all the cars I have owned the 72 Challenger and the 71 Cuda are the favorites. I sold the Cuda after buying a new boat in 85. I kept the challenger since it was s stick car and I love to row the gears. I sold the challenger when I thought it was too far gone to restore.

Yeah, me too... I wish I had taken pics of my other HS Car, a Red 1965 Mustang Fastback 289 / 4-speed with old style All American 5-spoke wheels. It ran perfect, too Check this out...my mom bought that car in 1972 for the princely sum of $500.00. That's FIVE HUNDRED Dollars..

Cool pics, thanks for sharing. I agree abouthe Volare/Aspen being a good car. I never owned one (other than parts cars) but my cousin had a 76 Aspen R/T. It had a 340 swapped into it and other than having a few rattles in it, it drove nice and handled well too. I always thought it was a good looking car.
