 Ok 383 69 dart spool mounts,schumacher headers can you keep power brakes? I know power steering can stay, and the bigger question can you keep A/C or is there clearance issues at firewall? Possible line routing or impossible.

I don't know how the headers fit in, but with factory HP manifolds AC is not a problem. I haven't tried power brakes yet on any of the cars, though.

 Maybe with a hemi spacer block for master cylinder,would power brakes fit?

I think  you may have to move the brake booster slightly upwards. Don't know if it's really necessary, I did it because of valve cover clearance with the high MP cast covers, and used Hooker fenderwells without any problems.
