Tach was workee, now no workee, checked the wiring (three wires, duh!) can't believe the tach and or the 7AL went south, i thought both were pretty much bulletproof.
Is there an internal fuse in the tach, Autometer sportcomp.
Is there something i'm missing here?

Damm i need a pit crew and Daddywarbucks pockets to keep this POS ready for a little 10 minute pleasure cruise!

Bout the only thing that you can check is if the tach is getting 12 volts.  Other than that its broke, needs fixing.  Try another tach to see if the msd is giving out a signal.
