due to financial reasons i regret that i have to sell the dart, :(tried to think of other ways to make ends meet but after losing all my ot at work , the wife not working and the bank wanting their mortgage money  bbatits gotta go.sure was fun having it for 5 years! was able to drive it this year for a few months,breaks my heart but dammit i'll find another someday.after all thats half the fun of having one is wrenching it. its the silver 68 gts on ebay,

first of all  i didnt offer my car for sale here just stating my bad situation that my car is on ebay, i didnt list the auction,if you want to look at it look if not dont! i know the rules and have been a member for over 5 years here though i dont post much. just stating my car is selling on ebay and if anyone is interested to have a look.

68gts - I'm in (kinda) the same boat. It's no fun unloading the cool projects, but you've got your priorities right. Keep the family and the homestead at the top of the list. Things will change, new opportunities will present themselves.

That's too bad, man...really. But as Pedals put it -one door closing means another is about to open . Awful thing to do , but at least you have a legit (and commendable-I might add)reason for doing it. I'm considering selling my Duster too-but for a shit reason...I'm tired of fighting with my wife over 50 or 100 bucks every time I need something...I've had the car 12 years next month...never drove it...I only get to spend a few hundred per year-so at this rate, I'll be somewhere around 225-250 years old when it's finished....Maybe I'll sell it and but a low-nuck car that's ready to race...

When Bill closed the "For Sale" I posted the question of whether we could post links to our ebay sales.  Bill essentially said he didn't have a problem with that.  The reason Bill closed the For Sale section is that he felt that many posters blamed HIM when a sale went bad.  By allowing links to Ebay, he offloads the problem of non-payment, or poorly described parts, or other fraudulent behavior onto Ebay and off of him.  Thus, I see no reason that a person couldn't or shouldn't post their ebay sales.

Second the original poster merely said he was selling his car on ebay, he did not even post a link.

I AM NOT COMING DOWN ON ANYBODY IN THIS THREAD. i'm just trying to make a point. i would like nothing more then for you to find a way to keep your car. after my thread was erased, i posted the Q " i thought links were allowed?". i was greeted by a moderator who said "YOU ARE WRONG, NO LINKS ARE ALLOWED." This is why I said what I said. But I notice that no moderators have spoken up to answer the question.  I am sorry if I offended anyone but sometimes I think that things are unfair around here.

Let it go and just wish the dude good luck on selling his car, he has apparently feel on some rough times!!!  He never came here and said hey check out my link for the car I am trying to sell on Ebay. Nor did he try to offer it for sale to anyone on the board. He came he to grieve and let everyone know in the community what is going on in his life and that he is forced to sell his car!!!

It was another member that came on and posted the link asking if this was indeed the car for sale.  Any one of us could of gone to Ebay and did a went to motors then classic cars then Dart then put them in order by year and found the 68's then found any GTS's and deducted which car is his.

I do remember someone posting a link from Ebay on here for their own auction then started bitching and crying about not being able to post links, and was told it was ok to post finds to craigs list of ebay but couldnt post links for their own stuff.  I am guessing it was you since you are still sore about it and cant let it go.

Now for Kowski71400 I've delt with you and your MORE THAN FAIR. You have been the onlyone on here that I have met that hasn't turned out to be an asshole. Not long ago I gave away a power steering box and pump to a member.(FREE didn't want anything for it, just a chance to meet another local member) This member seemed greatful and asked if there was anything I needed. I told them there was something I was looking for, which he replied I have that and not using it. I asked what they wanted for it and the response was they would send pics of the item and we would work it out. Well guess what never seen the pics , I e-mailed him once and I was told he is too busy right now. But he seem's to have plenty of time making posts and replying to others. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE YOU HAVE REPLIED TO THIS POST. I thought we were all here for the same reason's THE LOVE OF THE HOBBY.
I had asked one time if it was ok to post a FREE ad. They reply I received was a couple of the moderator's making fun of me. So I sent the item to the boneyard (somebody missed out) I have noticed a certain CLICK on this site and if your not in it, different rule's apply to you.

Yep, I know who I am, but could not remember who YOU were. And I'm gonna guess this is Norm. I remember the name and the car, but could not remember your B B D name and no longer have the email addy. The pics were sent, the parts are new, I wanted 1/2 of new price. I never heard back from you so I figured you were not interested. Email me off line and we'll go from there. I have been unloading alot of stuff lately, but they should still be there.
