Anybody use a 64-65 Super Stock Scoop?

I'm trying to see if a 64-65 Hemi Super Stock B-body scoop would fit on my 65 Valiant hood witout looking out of place. I know a '67 Super Stock coronet scoop looks nice, but would like to use the same year scoop as the car. To those that have already investigated this:

- How does the rear contour fit the contour of the hood?
- How close to the nose does the scoop end up?
- Anybody have pictures?

The 64-65 scoop is what I'm going with on my 65.  I need to do some mesuring as the hood contours on the side might prevent it from sitting flat. if so I will just do some fiberglass work. no biggy.

i use to run a demon scoop on my 66 cuda,,,but always wondered what  a max wedge scoop would look like,,,
lets se some pics if you use that 65 scoop,,,nice cornet by the way

right now in my metal work class i'm making a hood scoop, it will be 12 inchs arcoss and 17 inches long, with a taper from 9 to 6 inches

I am also thinking of running the same scoop and had some concerns, because that is a small hood, do you know what size the super stock scoop is

65 signet! If you are looking for one I have a new one that I was going to put on my 64 plymouth Wedge car but never did.Now it is still hanging on the wall! $100.00 plus shipping and it is yours!
