finally got 360/4spd in my old dart original 318/904 . swapped steering colum and pedals from stick duster i had a long time ago . engine wont turn over with the ignition switch but will if i jump the relay but no spark i assume because no nuteral saftey switch in car yet ? so i guess my main ?? is what wiring needs to be changed for my swap to function as factory . 73 dart also car has been stored with no engine for about 10 years what color is+ and - on the coil. p.s. new d-c valve covers look really sharp!! thanks

4 speeds have no neutral safty switch. some had a switch on the clutch pedal but I'm not sure whe nthey started it... you can either jump the extra lead on the starter relay to gound (the one that runs to the tranny not the one that runs to the ign switch). or buy a 4 speed starter relay. The 1st solution is the cheapest .

The factory four speed starter relay has the "G" terminal grounded to the case, until they started using the clutch pedal switch. This was stopped after some time, too. Ground the terminal and ALWAYS start with the trans in nuetral and your left foot on the brake. This will save your thrust bearing.
